However, customers are responsible for reviewing product details before purchase, including but not limited to product type, language of instructions, included file formats, available size range, printing formats, and any skill level guidance provided.

A purchase made without reviewing available product information does not automatically create eligibility for refund.

Patterns are tools for garment creation. Final results may vary depending on factors outside our control, including body measurements, fit preferences, fabric type, drape, stretch, sewing experience, construction accuracy, machine settings, and any alterations made by the customer.

For this reason, finished garments may differ from examples shown in photographs or mockups.

We do not guarantee identical results in every case.

Customers are responsible for ensuring proper printing and file use, including selecting the correct paper format, printing at 100% or Actual Size, verifying any test square before cutting fabric, and using compatible PDF-reading software.

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect print settings, user error, outdated software, device limitations, third-party printing services, or scaling problems not caused by the file itself.

All website content and products, including sewing patterns, pattern pieces, grading systems, text instructions, illustrations, videos, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, and downloadable files, remain the intellectual property of AlphaPatternss or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

No ownership rights are transferred by purchase.

Purchases grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased files in accordance with our separate Pattern License Policy.

Customers are responsible for reviewing that policy before use.

Unauthorized use may result in suspension of access, refusal of future sales, or legal enforcement where appropriate.

Digital products are subject to our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Because digital products can be accessed immediately, refund rights may be limited once delivery or download has occurred, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions carefully before purchase.

Where customer accounts are available, users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for activities occurring under their account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse, fraud, or security risks

You agree not to use the website or Services for unlawful purposes, to infringe intellectual property rights, to distribute harmful code, to interfere with website security or operation, to scrape or systematically extract content, or to harass or abuse staff or other users.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AlphaPatternss from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website, breach of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

This website may use or link to third-party services, plugins, payment processors, or external websites.

We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, privacy practices, or terms.

Use of such services may be subject to their own policies.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain.
