We sell digital sewing patterns and related downloadable products. Due to the nature of digital goods, purchases are generally considered final once access to the files has been provided.

Please review product descriptions carefully before completing your order.

1. Digital Products

All products sold through this website are digital products delivered electronically unless expressly stated otherwise.

No physical item will be shipped.

Because digital products can usually be accessed immediately after payment, traditional return methods do not apply in the same way as physical goods.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds, returns, or exchanges will generally not be provided in situations including, but not limited to:

  • change of mind after purchase
  • accidental purchase after files have been accessed
  • failure to read the product description
  • expecting a physical item
  • lack of sewing experience
  • printer, software, or device issues not caused by our files
  • dissatisfaction with personal style preference
  • fit issues resulting from measurements, fabric choice, or construction choices

3. Cases We May Review

We may review refund requests in limited circumstances such as:

  • duplicate purchases of the same product
  • corrupted, incomplete, or damaged files
  • failed delivery caused by our system
  • proven technical issues directly caused by the purchased files
  • incorrect double billing

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned using the original payment method.

4. Support First

If you experience any issue with your purchase, please contact us first before opening a dispute or chargeback.

Many issues can be resolved quickly through replacement files, updated links, or technical assistance.
